Joshua has expertise in full-cycle proposal capture management, including market research and identification of new business leads, opportunity pipeline management, building stakeholder relationships, and management of live proposals (design, writing, budgeting and coordination). Joshua has also led business development teams, providing strategic direction and capacity building to new business units.

Joshua has previously worked with large international development and humanitarian organizations to lead resource acquisition and proposal development efforts for projects ranging from $1 – 65 million.
